Congratulations to our fleet-footed footballers who have yet again made it to the final of the Duhallow Schools G.A.A. This year’s final will be played in Knocknagree on Friday 17th May with the Girls 15 aside scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Millstreet will be our noble opponents and if past performances by Newmarket are anything to go by, it is sure to be a spectacular game. We are grateful to the girls who have displayed such commitment to the game throughout the year and whose sportsmanlike behaviour on and off the pitch is exemplary.
