New Era on the Horizon for Newmarket Education

The Boards of Management of Newmarket Boys’ and Girls’ Schools happily wish to announce formally that the two schools will amalgamate for the 2025/2026 school year.  The name of the newly amalgamated co-ed school (boys and girls) will be Scoil na Tríonóide and will be under the patronage of the Bishop of Cloyne, William Crean. The Junior Campus of this new school will be at the current Girls’ School located at Pound Hill and will accommodate pupils from Junior Infants to Second Class.  The Senior Campus of Scoil na Tríonóide will be located at the current Boys’ School at the West End and will accommodate pupils from Third Class to Sixth Class.

As part of this new development, the National Council for Special Education (NCSE) has granted us a Special Class, operational from the new school year (Sept 2025).

Expressions of interest for enrolment in any of the classes in Scoil na Tríonóide for 2025/2026 or 2026/2027 school years can be made to:
